“Better late than never”  they say. So it’s with me – my very first blogging activity. Another new thing to try. Today I went to a new restaurant, Las Vegas  Grille, with friends to try some new dishes. It’s “game” night and no, it’s not table/casino games but game like pheasant and duck. They had each dish paired off with a wine of their choice and dessert and after dinner drinks. A little pricey when the bill came but it was worth it to try something different. The other game meats I’ve tried were buffalo, deer and rabbit.
